As the proprietor & certified residential real estate appraiser, I understand the importance of your real estate. I’ve owned many homes in Southern California & have been interested in real estate all my life. I have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & M.B.A. This is my second career. I worked in product management until I decided to follow my heart to get into real estate appraising. I am currently a home owner & a landlord, so I appreciate the value & importance of property assets.
